In coming LOGISTIX2022, IHI will exhibit 3D Picking system “Skypod” as a concept for the first time in Thailand in cooperation with EXOTEC of France. Skypod is autonomous picking robot system which moves in 3 dimension. The robot can take BIN from 12mH rack, and transports to picking station in a short time. Skypod makes operation much more efficient and accelerate automation in your logistics warehouse. |

| And IHI’s Logistics Automation Systems including Skypod, Stacker cranes, Mobile racks, Case handling robots, AGVs, and WMS/WCS are engineered to tailor solutions for client's problems. And some of IHI logistics machinery are suited for use in various conditions and circumstances such as frozen storage by -60℃ and clean room.
Also, it covers a wide range of product line-up that is also applicable for special items such as dangerous goods, heavy loads up to 40 tons per unit, even cylindrical-shaped items.
As a result of the above, our products have been used by customers in various industries such as automobile, food & beverage, chemical, electronics, health care, and transportation in Thailand.

The Skypod is a three-dimensional travelling picking system that moves freely in the warehouse in a “front and back, left and right, up and down” manner. It realizes greater efficiency and automation of work in the distribution warehouse. |

| Mobile Rack
In an ordinary warehouse, there are passages for move-in/move-out between multiple racks. When this passage is not being used for handling cargo, it becomes a mere dead space. The racks can be kept in close contact under normal situations, and they can be moved to create a passage only when performing tasks to free up the dead space. This enables the storage capacity to increase 2 to 2.5 times. |
