AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM METALEX VIETNAM
METALEX Vietnam would like to express our ongoing concern for everyone impacted by Coronavirus.
After closely monitoring the ongoing impact of COVID and following the guidance from the Government and public health authorities, we have made the decision to convert the 2020 edition of METALEX Vietnam to an online format.
We are in unprecedented times and continue to witness first-hand the challenging impact of COVID-19 on all industries, both professionally and personally. Prior to the recent escalation of COVID-19, we were optimistic that METALEX Vietnam would run as planned in October this year in Ho Chi Minh City. However, after extensive consultation with our customers and stakeholders, we have concluded that the best option is to refocus on maximising business opportunities through the delivery of an online event in 2020.
We appreciate that it is disappointing that we will not be able to meet in person, however we have made this decision with everyone’s health and safety as our number one priority, coupled with upholding our commitment to keeping Vietnam’s machine tools & metalworking industry connected.
METALEX Vietnam On-line edition will be live for 2 weeks starting 10 October 2020 with intensive major events happening on 23 - 24 October. We will be organizing virtual meetings and business matching events, machinery show case, new connections, tech talks and many more features to ensure our exhibitors can still meet customers and drive business success.
We would like to thank our exhibitors, visitors and partners for their encouragement and support during this challenging time.
